Five mistakes made by new investors.

1) Talking on the phone for 5 minutes with someone who's house is worth $100,000 and he's asking ninety

2) Placing offers on properties where there is no deal for you to make at least $20,000.

3) Looking at houses that are priced higher than 66% of their market value

4) Running ads where sellers have to call you if they want to sell their house

5) Spending all your time on the phone, or copying, stapling, or licking stamps instead of making some real money

6) Believing that a no money down deal cannot be done. even if it may mean none of your own money.
